An important man asks Jesus for help – John 4:46-54

An important man was working a long way from his home.
He heard that his son was very ill.
He asked Jesus to go with him to his home.

The man wanted Jesus to make his son better.
Jesus said to him “Go, your son will live.”
The important man believed what Jesus said to him.
He set off for home.

On the way home his servants met him.
“Your boy is well again”, they told him.
The man asked what time it was when his son got better.
“It was seven-o-clock yesterday”, they replied.

The man remembered it was exactly that time that Jesus said
“Your son will live.”

The important man, his son and all his family believed in Jesus.
