Most EasyEnglish files are available in HTML format. Some files are also available in RTF format.
HTML is the standard format for Web pages.
RTF (Rich Text Format) is a common format for word processor documents.
If you are using a laptop or desktop computer, you can usually download a file by following steps 1-5 below:
Use your Web browser to view the file you want to download.
Right-click anywhere on the file.
Select "Save as". (On some browsers, you may need to select "File" from the main menu and then select "Save As".)
Choose a folder on your computer where you want to save the file.
Click "Save".
If you are using an iPhone or iPad, you can save a page to your Reading List:
Open the page in Safari.
Tap the Action button (the square button with the arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "Add to Reading List".
To open your Reading List, tap the Bookmarks button (the button that looks like an open book), then tap the Reading List tab (it’s the icon that looks like a pair of reading glasses).
If you have an Android phone or tablet, you can save the page as PDF:
Open the page you want to save in Chrome.
Tap the three-dot menu button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Tap "Print".
Once Android has finished creating a preview of the page you want to save, tap the "Save to" drop-down menu at the top of the page.
