Final remarks
People behave in many different ways when they hear Jesus. Some believe like Jairus and the sick woman. Some people laugh at Jesus and at his followers. Jesus certainly knows what is in our hearts. And he knows whether we have trust in him. When we trust him and obey him, he answers our prayers. He can cause us to be calm even when we are afraid. And that is wonderful. Thank him!
Pray
Jesus, help me to be free from worry even when I am sick. Thank you that you love me. And thank you that you care about my needs. Help me to trust you even when I have a serious illness. Help me too when those that I love are sick.
