Leviticus 13:12-13

12 It is different if the disease has grown completely across all the person's skin. The priest may see that it covers the whole body, from the person's head to his feet. 13 The priest must carefully look at the person's skin. If the skin has become white across the person's whole body, the priest must say that the person is clean.
