Hebrews 13:14

14 Here on earth, we who are believers do not have a city that will always be our home. But we are waiting for God's city that will come.

13:11The priests could eat some of the meat from animals that people brought as sacrifices. See Leviticus 6:26; 7:6-10. But Jesus' sacrifice was not like that. It was a special sacrifice to take away sins. See Leviticus 6:30; 16:27.
13:12They killed Jesus outside the city of Jerusalem. The Israelites thought that this was a place for rubbish. It was a place where people were ashamed to go.
