Jesus shows us how to pray

Jesus’ friends said to him,
“Lord, teach us how to pray.”
Jesus said, “When you pray, do it like this:
Father God,
You are a holy and wonderful God.
May things be as you want them here on earth
just as they are in heaven.
Please give us enough food for today.
Forgive the wrong things that we do.
We forgive anyone who has been bad to us.
Keep us away from wrong things.
Amen.”
Jesus said, “Ask and God will answer. Look for God and you will find him.”
