Introduction
Jesus and his friends had returned to Galilee. Many people came to see him. Some of them had heard what he taught. And some had seen him make ill people well. They wanted to know more about God. Some people came because they were ill. They knew that Jesus could make them well again.
Jairus was a very important man. His daughter was too ill to come to Jesus. So Jairus came to ask Jesus for help.

- Think about the people whom you know. Perhaps some of them are ill. Pray that God will make them well.
- Think about any people who are ill. Perhaps you can do something to help them.
