2:1 What was your state in the past? Why was that so? What was the cause of your state?

2:2 Make a list of what you ‘used’ to do. What was wrong with those things? Make a list of what you learn about ‘the devil’. Who used to control you? What do you think about all that?

2:3 Make a list of what happened before. What was the result? What do you think about all that?

2:4 What does God want to do? Why?

2:5 Make a list of what has God done. How did he do that? What made that difficult? What do you think about all that?

2:6 Make a list of what God has done. What do you think about that?

2:7 Why did God do that? (See 2:6.) How did he show that to us? What do you think about all that?

2:8 Make a list of what God did. Make a list of what happened to ‘you’. What do you think about all that?

2:9 Make a list of what we are not able to do. What do we need? What do you think about all that?

2:10 Make a list of what God has done. What can we expect? What do you think about all that?

2:11 What should the readers of this letter remember? How did the Jews distinguish themselves from other people?

2:14 What do you learn about Christ? What do you learn about ‘the hate’? What is different now? What do you think about all this?

2:20 What is God’s family ‘like’? What is at the base of this ‘building’? How is Christ a part of this ‘building’? What do you think about all that?

2:21 What does this building become? Why might that be good to know?

2:22 What is God doing? Whom does ‘you’ mean in this verse? (See 2:19.) What else is special about this ‘house’?
